Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can of Tuna, in water
    1 Whole Carrot- peeled
    1 medium sized Tomato
    1 Cucumber- peeled
    1/2 of an Onion- chopped
    1 1/2 Limes
    1/2 of an Avocado
    1 tsp Paprika
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Open can of tuna and dump out water from can. Place tuna onto a few paper towels and wring out excess water. You may need to do this a few times to get all the water out. Place tuna in bowl.

Peel outside skin off from carrot and discard. Then peel remaining carrot into carrot shavings. Cut shavings into smaller pieces. Peel outside skin from cucumber and cut in half. Use a spoon to scoop out and remove all seeds before chopping. Cut tomato in half and use a spoon to scoop out and remove all seeds before chopping. Chop onion.

Add carrot shavings, tomato, onion and cucumber to bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes. Add the paprika and salt and pepper to taste and mix all ingredients. Top with avocado slices.
