Ingredients

    - 1 cube of beef boullion; mixed with two cups boiling water;

    - 1/2 cup of Itialian salad dressing

    - 1/2 cup of Kraft Calorie Wise BarBQ sauce

    -1 tsp dried orgeano leaves

    - 1lb stewing beef (cut into 1-1/4 inch cubes)

    -1 lb small red potatoes

    -4 large carrots

    -4 large celery sticks

    -1 Clove of garlic

    - 2 tsp sweet chili sauce

    - 4 drops of hot sauce

    -1 tsp each italian seasoning; chili powder; garlic powder; black pepper

    -3 tbsp flour

    -1`1/2 cup of water

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except flour and water; toss to coat. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 8-9 hours. (or HIGH 4-5 hours)

Transfer meat and vegatables to serving bowl with slotted spoon; cover with foil

Mix flour and water until well blended. Whisk into juices in slow cooker; cover. Cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over meat and vegetables.
