Spring Rolls without the wrap. Spring Rolls without the wrap.

    3 c. savoy cabbage
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. shiitake or cremini mushrooms
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 tbsp. canola oil
    10 lg. shrimp
    sriracha sauce to taste


Shred the cabbage. Heat oil on med-high heat. Add cabbage and carrots and sweat down for 2 min. Reduce heat to medium. Meanwhile, chop shrimp and mushrooms into smaller pieces. Add to pan. Last, add bean sprouts until all is cooked through. Add sriracha for flavor and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
