    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 celery stalks, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    3 tablespoons Creole seasoning
    Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage, 6 serving
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp(remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp(remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp(remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp(remove)
    *Beef Bullion (2 cubes), 1 serving(remove)
    Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)

Directions

put all ingredients into slow cooker on medium for 7 hours or until beans done through. serve over rice if desired
