Ingredients

    1/2 Cup, Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Cup, Almond Milk, Unsweetened
    1/4 Cup, Egg Beaters
    1/4 Cup, Applesauce, Unsweetened (Natural)
    1/8 tsp, Baking Soda
    1 tsp, Cinnamon
    1 tsp, Vanilla Extract

Tips

Serve with zero calorie butter spray and sugar free syrup. I recommend Cary's Sugar Free syrup, an entire 1/4 Cup is only 30 calories, and tastes just like natural maple syrup (210 calories per serving) in a side-by-side taste test.

Note: Try with diced apples and pecans or walnuts mixed in.


Directions

Combine whole wheat flour, baking soda and cinnamon, then mix in Egg Beaters, Apple Sauce, Almond Milk and vanilla extract. Cook in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
