Ingredients

    Yukon Gold Potatoes (5-6)
    1 stick salted butter
    3 garlic cloves
    1 c heavy whipping cream
    S&P

Directions

Slice potatoes, smash and peel garlic cloves, and soak together for up to 4 hours in cold water.

Boil potatoes for about 20 minutes until you see the skins starting to separate in the water. Drain. Return pot to burner on low heat and add butter. Dump potatoes over butter and add cream a little at a time until you have mashed to desired consistency. Season to taste.

Serving Size: Makes at least 4-5 servings
