A great substitute for bread and for use in low carb stuffing mix. A great substitute for bread and for use in low carb stuffing mix.
Number of Servings: 10


    2 1/2 Cups Almond Meal
    1 tbs Baking Powder
    1 tbs Poultry Seasoning
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 Cup Butter (or ghee)
    1/2 Cup Water
    3 Large Eggs


Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with a whisk
Add wet ingredients, whisk thoroughly
Pour into a well greased loaf pan
Cook 35-45 Minutes
Remove from oven and let cool before removing from pans

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings (2 slices each)
