    Soak beans 5 hours or overnight. Rinse, then simmer for 1/2 hour. Rinse and add to crock pot plus all other ingrediants Beans, black, 2 cup(remove)

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup(remove)
    *Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp(remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon(remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)(remove)
    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove(remove
    Crock pot on hight for 6 hours or low for 8 to 10
    Garnish with a spritz of fresh lime
