Ingredients

1 pillsbury thin pizza crust
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (brushed on the crust)
2 cloves minced garlic
.75 c. Kraft shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
1 cup fresh spinach (cut into strips)
1 large tomato (diced)
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
McCormick Italian Seasoning
Tips
You could use different types of cheese, but I had colby/jack in the house:)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the crust on a cookie sheet. Brush all of the extra virgin olive oil on the entire crust. Spread the minced garlic evenly across the crust. Sprinkle the colby/jack cheese on the crust, followed by the spinach, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (depending on how dark you like the crust).
Serving Size: Makes 12 square slices
