Ingredients

    Soy Flour, .33 cup, stirred
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
    Oat Bran, 1.33 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 8 oz
    Molasses, .5 cup
    Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Squares, 4 squares, shaved.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Combine both. Bake in greased muffin tins for 15-20 mins.
