Ingredients

    5 large eggs
    1.5 cups flour
    1 tbsp oil

Directions

Make about 12 1/2 cup servings.
In food processor mix flour, eggs and oil and process until a ball forms. Set on floured table and roll very thin, you will need to add flour so it doesn't stick. Let it rest for about 1/2 hour. Once rested flour both sides and roll dough. Cut in thin rolls and separate using flour. Boil as you would spaghetti making sure you stir so they don't stick to each other. They will cook really fast. Serve with oile oil and parmesan cheese or your favorite sauce. Enjoy!!!
