    1 cup of chickpeas
    1/4 cup of water or juice from the can
    2 cloves of garlic pressed
    1 tsp of horseradish
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp tahini


blend all the ingrients together until smooth, i like to eat mine with whole wheat pita
