Ingredients

    1 cup of chickpeas
    1/4 cup of water or juice from the can
    2 cloves of garlic pressed
    1 tsp of horseradish
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp tahini

Directions

blend all the ingrients together until smooth, i like to eat mine with whole wheat pita

    Very Good
    Loved it! I did add cumin and salt and it needed a little less liquid but the horseradish was great and together it tasted just like greek restaurants! - 7/19/11
