Ingredients

    6 Inner leaf Romaine lettuce
    4 hard boiled eggs
    1 small avocado peeled
    1/2 cup of carrots strips or shredded
    1/2 cucumber peeled
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 lime (squeeze on salad)

Directions

Boil eggs, chop or tear lettuce into small pieces, Peel avocado-cut into small pieces, Slice or shred carrots, peel & cut cucumber into small pieces,add shredded cheddar cheese, place into bowl and toss salad, Squeeze lime on salad for flavor and to help preserve salad. Serve without dressing. Dressing of preference may be added at meal time.
