Ingredients

1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasonings
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, melted
1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup marinara sauce

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.
2. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings in a shallow bowl. Melt the butter in another bowl. Lightly brush the butter onto the chicken, then sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken. Lightly spray the tops of the chicken with cooking spray.
3. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon equal amount of sauce over chicken and top with cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings
