Ingredients

    Spinach - 1 bag - thawed and drained
    Artichoke - 2 cans, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. lite mayo
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded mozzeralla cheese
    2 cloves garlic or 2 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 360 degrees
Mix all ingredients in baking dish
Bake for 35 - 40 mnutes

    This was very yummy and easy to make. Even my husband, who told me he wouldn't eat it if I put the mayo in, ate a good share of it. I may put more spinach next time since I like that, but perfect the way it is, too! - 12/3/10
