Ingredients

    1 Pkg Crescent Rolls Pillsbury Reduced Fat
    3/4 cup Pace Chunky Salsa- Medium,
    2 cup Great Value Shredded Hashbrowns
    3 Slices Canadian Bacon (Land o' Frost)
    1/2 tsp Cumin seed
    1/2 tsp Chili powder
    Cooking Spray, Pam Cooking Spray, 27 gram
    3 Medium Scallions, raw(4-1/8" long)
    1/4 cup Bell Pepper- Red
    1 Jalapeno Pepper
    1 Clove Garlic
    1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 tbsp Horizon Organic Fat Free Milk
    1 Dash Salt
    3/4 cup Weight Watchers Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
    Fresh Cilantro as Garnish

Tips

Directions

Coat bottom of Non Stick Pan with Cooking Spray generously. On medium heat cook the hash browns, cumin and chili powder at until golden. Remove and keep warm. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, milk and salt; set aside. Reserve 1 tbsp green scallions and 1 tbsp of Red Bell Pepper for Top of Pizza as additional garnish. In the same skillet, saute the scallion onions, peppers and garlic in pan with cooking spray for 1 minute. Coat pan with additional cooking spray and add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until almost set. Remove from the heat.
Place crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Spread salsa over crust. Top with egg mixture. Sprinkle with hash browns and cheese. Top with remaining chopped green onion and red pepper and sprinkle with chopped cilantro to garnish. Bake at 375° for 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is Golden Brown. Yield: 8 slices.
