2 (8 oz.) Cans Pineapple Chunks in Juice
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Maple Syrup
1/3 C. Water
1/3 C. Cider Vinegar
1 Lg. Green Pepper, Cut into 1-in. Pieces
16 oz. MorningStar Farms Sausage Links
1/2 C. Maraschino Cherries, Halved
Directions
1. Drain the pineapple, reserving juice. Set the pineapple & juice aside. In a large saucepan, combine the cornstarch, salt, maple syrup, water, vinegar & reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook & stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Add the green pepper; cook 2 min. longer.
2. Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown sausage; drain. Cut each link into thirds. Add the sausage, cherries & reserved pineapple to saucepan; heat through.
