Ingredients

2 chopped avocados, no skin or seeds
1 chopped large red tomato
1 15-oz can black beans
1 11-oz can mexicorn or southwest corn
1/2 of a 4-oz can diced jalapenos
2 T lemon or lime juice
mix all together, any order; add lettuce if using as a salad. very good with a little ranch on top as well as the lemon juice mixed in.
