Introduction
Whole grain noodles tossed with sesame oil,hot sauce,honey,garlic,lemongrass ,chicken breast and broccoli slaw, topped with chopped peanuts,scallions, and cilantro. Ingredients

2 oz. whole grain spaghetti, 1 cup cooked
4 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cut into 1" pieces
2 cups broccoli slaw, 8 oz. package
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp hot chili sauce, such as Sriracha.
1 tbsp.. lemongrass crushed , such as Gourmet Garden herb blend. of chopped organic fresh lemongrass.
1 tbsp. chopped peanuts
1 green onion or scallion ,thinly sliced
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. of sesame oil for garnish.
Tips
I also use asparagus or broccoli florets in this dish.
Photo shows asparagus.
The Lemongrass herb I get at Walmarts in produce dept.
Can substitute Tofu, 4 oz.. instead of chicken.
Directions
Cook 2 oz of spaghetti in boiling water till done.
In a medium skillet, heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil, garlic,honey, lemon grass, and chile sauce over medium heat, for 1 min. Add the chicken and broccoli slaw, saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
Divide portions on to plate, garnish with onions, chopped peanuts, cilantro and sprinkle other teaspoon of sesame oil over top of dish.
Serve
Serving Size: 2 servings 1 1/2 cups each.
