Introduction

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 4 cans
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Horseradish, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, .25 cup
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped

Tips

I add cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste.


Directions

Drain tuna (I also rinse tuna to remove some of the sodium) Chop the egg and onions finely. Mix everything together in a bowl!

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings--or less, if hungry!
