Ingredients

    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    *Flour, white, 0.125 cup
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup

Directions

Steam cook the zucchini and reserve.
Then mix the butter with the onion and let it fry for 1 minute, then add flour and stir. When it has formed a smooth paste add the milk and nutmeg and mix. Let it boil for 1 minute and stir in the zucchinis.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
