Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons coconut oil - melted
    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
    1 tablespoon almond flour/meal
    2 or 3 packets of Stevia sweetner

Tips

I use flat candy molds, but any flat container can be used. My squares pop out of their molds once they are cold and hard. It melts in your hand as well as your mouth :) so it can be messy.
The candy in the picture shows a slightly rough speckled texture. That is from the almond flour. It could be left out, but gives the candy a much richer flavor.


Directions

Melt the coconut oil.
add cocoa, vanilla, almond flour and stevia
stir thoroughly
Spoon into molds and refrigerate till solidly set.

Serving Size: makes 6 thin flat pieces of candy
