Introduction

Delicious, healthy soft taco's that are full of flavor! Amazing with my home made corn and black bean salsa! Delicious, healthy soft taco's that are full of flavor! Amazing with my home made corn and black bean salsa!

Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breast
    1 Large can Las plamas green enchilada sauce 28z
    5 cloves Garlic chopped
    1/2 Onion chopped
    1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped
    3 tsp ground Cumin
    Salt to taste
    24 Corn Tortillas

    Serve with corn and black bean salsa, lettuce and tomoato for a healthy taco, or use the traditional lettuce, cheese and sour cream.

Directions

Add all ingredients, except tortillas, into a crock pot and cook on med for 8 to 10 hours. Remove the chicken and shred. Return shredded chicken to the sauce and let cook another 30 min or more to absorb all the sauce.

Serving Size: makes 24 6" tacos
