Ingredients

    One carrott schredded
    1/4 of a large oinio
    1/2 medium zuchinni
    3-4 small celery stalks with leaves
    fresh thyme or any spice you like-basil would probably be good too.
    1 C cooked barley
    4-5 baby bella mushrooms
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. I used very little salt.

Directions

Put all your ingredients in a food processor and process to a hummus like paste.
If you want to cook you can put in wonton wraps and boil or fry. you can make a patty and cook in small amount of olive oil but I like it raw with pita chips or more veggies to dip in it.

Serving Size: Makes alot 2 cups.
