Ingredients

    Fresh Express Cole Slaw, 454 grams
    Finely Diced Bell Pepper - Red, 192 grams
    Finely Diced Celery, raw, 108 grams
    Chopped Scallions, raw, 42 grams
    Dried Cranberries (no sugar coating), 80 grams
    Light Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp
    0% Greek Yogourt, 125 grams
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Celery seed, 1 tsp
    Whole Grain Mustard, 1 tbsp
    Liquid Honey, 30 grams

Directions

Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mustard, honey, celery seed until thoroughly combined.

Chop the Bell Pepper, Celery and Scallions and mix with a bag of cole slaw (green cabbage, red cabbage and carrot). Add the cranberries and the dressing and thoroughly coat the vegetable mix.
Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
