Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 6 large
    Egg white, 1 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 450 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Feta Cheese, 8 oz
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 large
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Dill weed, dried, 0.5 tsp

Tips

Serves 8


Directions

Put oil in pan, and saute onion until soft. Remove from burner. Add thawed spinach (after draining any water).
Beat eggs and egg whites together with the salt, pepper, and dill. Put spinach and onion into a large, oiled pie pan, and pour egg over the top. Toss in diced red bell pepper, and mix gently. Top this with the feta, and bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until cooked through and lightly browned.
