    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup orange marmalade
    1 tbsp ketchup
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 lbs pork tenderloin


combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and pressed garlic.
pour over thawed tenderloin and cook on low for 4 hours

  • The sauce was super easy to make and gave the pork a great flavor. It would be great as a marinade as well. Another way to go with this recipe would be to serve it with the sauce over brown rice. I will definitely make this again - 3/3/10
