Ingredients

    1 lb. steak strips for stir fry
    Seasonings to taste (Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Curry)
    1/2 package frozen broccoli
    2 cups Cauliflower
    1 cup sweet yellow corn
    1 cup green beans
    2 cups carrots
    1 cup sweet red bell pepper
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 bottle La Choy sweet and sour
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire
    1 package of rice noodles (serves 4)

Tips

Recipe can be used with any kind of meat or no meat at all.


Directions

Cut steak strips into small cubes and brown in skillet/wok. Add vegetables. If frozen, let them thaw in the skillet some before adding sauces. Cook noodles separately as directed on package. Add sauces to meat and veggies and let cook, stirring regularly to prevent burning. Let it cook until your veggies are at your preferred crispness. Add noddles or use noodles as base in bowl.
