Ingredients

    Jenni O Lean ground turkey (20 oz.)
    1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
    4 oz Feta cheese
    1/2 red onion chopped
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    2 T olive oil
    2 tsp dired oregano
    1 T Montreal Steak Seasoning (McCormick)
    salt & pepper to taste
    serve with Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt sauce with garlic & cucumbers. Typically used for gyros sandwiches)

Tips

Cook carefully, turning just once, so they don't fall apart! If you're having trouble forming the patties, add a little olive oil to the mixture.


Directions

saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Let cool. Combine ground turkey, spinach, feta and dry ingredients. Add onion and garlic and mix well. form into 5 burgers. Grill or pan fry until cooked all the way through.
