Ingredients


    Ingredients:

    -Spinach, frozen, 2 cups (half a packet)
    -Mushrooms 1 cup
    -Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    -Parsley few sprigs finely chopped
    -Allspice, 1 tbsp
    -Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    -Garlic, 1 clove
    -Ketchup 2tsp
    -Marmite, 2tsp
    *Alpro Light soya milk, 500 gram

    -Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    -Granules Vegetable Gravy (50ml),
    -Beans, red kidney, 1 cup

Tips

Soya milk can easily be replaced with milk,
Gravy granules with thickener.
[You may find it easier to defrost the spinache in a bowl in the microwave first.]


Directions

-Fry up onions & mushrooms with herbs and spices.
-Add spinach until defrosted
-Add all other ingredients except gravy/stock
-Simmer and add enough gravy granules until thickened.
Serve over spaghetti!

Serving Size: ~ a cup of sauce each for four people
