Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked raw bulgur
    2 cups cold water

    1 can no salt added diced tomatoes (1 3/4 cups)
    4 tofu pups (cooked according to package directions)
    1 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup raw spinach, chopped

Directions

Prepare bulgur by boiling in pot and then covering to let simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile dice the COOKED tofu pups into small pieces and heat a skillet to medium. Add tomatoes (drained), spices, and tofu pups; stir in spinach. Once bulgur is finished mix it into the tofu mixture and serve warm!
