Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breasts, frozen
    2 cups baby carrots, whole
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
1 low sodium chicken boulion cube, melted w/1-3/4
    cups hot water
2 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes (or 1 small onion,
    chopped)
    1 tbsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp Salt Sense (or to taste)
    Cracked pepper, to taste

Tips

This recipe is not too strong in flavor, and it's low enough sodium so you can adapt it to your family's tastes. But it's a good "go-to" thing when in a hurry because most ingredients are usually in your pantry already!

Directions

Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. Add the potatoes and carrots (and onion if needed). Combine boullion cube with hot water. Add onion flakes, spices, sallt and pepper to the water. Pour over top of chicken and vegitables. You do not need to use all of the water if you don't want. Cook on high about 4-6 hrs on high or until the potatoes are tender.
