Ingredients

    1.2 pounds beef sirloin
    1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 package frozen pepper mix
    Philadelphia cooking creme, Italian Cheese & Herb
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 TBS diced garlic

Directions

Brown garlic in olive oil. Dice steak into approximately 1" cubes, add to olive oil and garlic. Sear on one side, add pepper mix to top, cook and stir. If needed drain liquid during cooking process. Boil elbow macaroni, drain and rinse. Once meat is cooked, add elbow macaroni and Philadelphia cooking creme to meat and peppers, stir. Let simmer to heat through.
