Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons of butter (Land o Lakes Light)
    1 Medium pearl onion (sliced)
    4 Garlic Cloves (minced)
    20 ounces of Pork loin roast (Smithfield) same as 567gr
    1 Table spoon of salt
    1 tablespoon of garlic power
    1/2 tablespoon of paprika
    1 tablespoon of Goya complete seasoning
    1/2 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
    535 Grams = about 17 ounces of Bird's eye thai stirfry veggies w/o sauce
    3 tablespoons of lite soy sauce


Tips

Stir frequently when browning pork. Serve with a small amount of noodles or with a half cup of rice.


Directions

Dice pork and season with garlic powder, salt, paprika, and complete seasoning. Melt butter and saute onions, garlic, and pork. Continue until pork is browned about 7 minutes. Poor in veggies and saute for about 3 minutes. Then put your sauces in and place a lid on your pan for a quick boil of about 3 minutes. Put in your 1/2 cup of water and Reduce heat and uncover for about 3 more minutes and serve. If your are going to be using the crushed chilli go ahead and throw it in with the sauce.
