Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/6 cup Fiber Skinnys and powdered sugar in food processor until smooth and set aside in a large shallow bowl.

    Next mix 1/3 cup Granola and 2/3 cup Fiber Skinneys in food processor slowly adding 1: 1/3 cup chocolate 2: 4 dried dates and last 3: slowly add by spoonfulls the 1/3 cup of peanut butter of your choice.

    Process the mixture until together and smooth to your liking.

    Separate batch into 1/3 cup squares for 6 servings or 1/6 cup balls for 12 servings. Roll or square out and then coat in your Powdered Sugar/Fiber Skinnys powder. You can either microwave and eat right away, eat as is, or refrigerate. Always refrigerate when not eating immidiately.

Tips

You can you any kind of peanut butter or almond butter. You can also swap the dates with any 1/3 cup of dried fruit you would like. The granola can be swapped with dried Banana Chips and the chocolate can be substituted with more dried fruit or more peanut butter.


This is very filling and good for a morning fiber fix!


Directions

You have options:
1.Refrigerate and eat when cold
2. Eat as is when made
3. Microwave until warm and soft.
