Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon (wild caught) drained
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    1 tsp pepper (or less)
    2 green onions sliced thin include some green stem for color or add fresh parsley.
    1/4 cup skim milk
    Mix all ingredients together well, if the mix seems too dry add milk 1 tblsp at a time.
    Place mix in a loaf pan (olive oil or pam to prevent sticking) and bake 45-50 min.


Tips

serve with garlic asparagus


Directions

Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minuets. Watch so the edges don't get too crispy
