Ingredients

    2c. green dried peas
    1c. yellow dried peas
    1c. chopped carrot
    2 med potatoes chopped
    8c. vegetable broth
    1 med. onion chooped
    .25 tsp thyme
    2 tsp parsley
    .5 tsp salt
    .25 tsp pepper
    1 package of onion soup mix

Directions

mix all together and slow cook on low for 4 hours (crockpot)
