Ingredients

    1) EAS Carb Control Strawberry Cream drink

    1) Medium banana

    1 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)

    Blend until smooth in blender.

    For variety, exchange Strawberry drink for EAS Vanilla, or EAS Chocolate and replace frozen strawberries with any frozen fruit desired.

Tips

I have used the EAS vanilla drink with frozen pineapple, cherries, blueberries, peaches, and papaya in place of the strawberries. All are good. Enjoy!
