Ingredients

    1 lb. bag frozen Fit & Active Turkey Meatballs
    1 can Chunk pineapple in juice
    2 cups chopped green pepper-about 1 pepper
    1/2 cup or 8 tbsp. of BBQ sauce

Directions

Mix the BBQ sauce and pineapple w/juice in a skillet over med. heat and bring to a boil. Next add the chopped green pepper and the frozen meatballs. Stir and reduce heat to med.-low. Simmer for 15 min, stirring occasionally. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, meatballs are heated through, and sauce is thickened. Serve over brown rice or egg noodles.
Makes 5 servings.

    My kids do not like pineapple in their dinner, but still said this is awesome! Adding to the "Quick and Easy" folder for meal planning, as it takes just a few minutes to throw in the electric skillet and dinner is ready quick for those weeknights when the only other option is take out. - 9/7/16
