Ingredients

    1/2 c soy sauce
    3 T sugar
    2 T sesame oil
    8 cloves garlic, minced
    4 scallions sliced
    2 T toasted sesame seeds
    1/2 t black pepper
    1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
    2 fresh jalapeno pepper slivered (optional)

Tips

You can use any beef steak for this recipe. Can be served with rice but adds to the carb count.
Also, I like really spicy food so I add 2 slivered jalapeno peppers for heat.


Directions

Cut the steak into thin strips and add to the zip lock bag to marinate.Put all ingredients in a zip lock bag to marinate for an hour. Drain marinade and cook in a wok, stove top grill or hot skillet until cooked through.
