Ingredients

    1.5 cups of Instant Brown rice
    2cups Chicken Broth
    1lb raw peel on shrimp
    12oz Small sea/bay scallops
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 cup onion
    1 cup mushroom
    seasoning to taste

Directions

Saute' vegs, add rice and chicken broth, water by eye. add shrimp and scallops boil for 5 min, reduce heat and simmer add seasoning
