Introduction
A quick, delicious snack that's low fat, low carb, and high in protein and flavor!! A quick, delicious snack that's low fat, low carb, and high in protein and flavor!!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

2 tbsp jay robb vanilla protein powder (or 1/2 scoop other low carb vanilla protein powder)
1 tbsp regular PB2 powder
2 tbsp liquid egg whites
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp applesauce, unsweetened
sweetener to taste (I used a scant 1 tsp truvia and some toffee stevia)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well with a fork. Transfer to a mug sprayed with nonstick spray and microwave on 60% powder for 1 1/2-2 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
