Introduction

A great side to any lunch or dinner. Can be a great low calorie snack too! A great side to any lunch or dinner. Can be a great low calorie snack too!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box low sodium Chicken Broth
    2 cups water
    10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    .5 cup brown rice
    .5 cup chopped onion
    2 tsp italian seasoning
    4 oz. cooked chicken breast

Directions

Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer for about 4 1/2 hours until all vegetables are tender.

Serve and enjoy!
