Ingredients

    Salad:
    5 cups of fresh washed spinach
    4 cups of fresh washed bean sprouts
    2 Shallots chopped
    1 cup of sliced mushrooms
    ½ cup of unsalted cachews

    Vinaigrette:
    5 tbs olive oil
    5 tbs of low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp of garlic power
    1 tsp of onion powder
    2 tbs of brown sugar



Directions

1- Remove excess water from washed bean sprots and spinach.
2- Add all saald ingredients in a big bowl.
3- Put in refrigerator.
4- Mix the vinaigrette and add 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
