Ingredients
-
Raw Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), soaked and sprouted for 2 days 1 cup
Fresh Chopped Zuchinni, 1 whole, med-lg
Tahini, 1.5 tbsp (taste for texture, may need more)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil COLD PRESSED, 2 tbsp (may need more, taste for texture)
Garlic, raw, 2 cloves (more if you like it garlicky)
Parsley, 2 tbsp (use more if fresh, little less if dried)
Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz (I used half a lemon, deseeded, added the whole slices)
Tips
(Optional: raw chickpeas have a slightly off taste. I slightly cooked mine in the microwave just covered in water for 5 minutes. Hopefully that didn't cook out all the goodies. They still tasted a bit raw, but it didn't have that off taste straight up raw chickpeas have.)
Directions
Soak chickpeas overnight. Sprout for two days.
In your vitamix, add all ingredients. Blend and use the tamper to get everything blended. Chill or not. Its good right out of the blender!
