Ingredients

1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 egg whites
1/2 C sugar
4 truvia packets
1/4 C whole wheat flour
1/4 C ground flax seed
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 C Nestle semi-sweet mini morssals

Directions
preheat oven to 350. Spray 8 X 8 pan with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, using a sturdy rubber scraper, mix applesauce, vanilla, egg whites, sugar and truvia together.
Add in flour, flax seed, cocoa powder, instant coffee, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Stir the mixture until it is just combined and no lumps remain. Pour into pan.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350. Quickly remove from oven and sprinkle on mini chips and then return to oven and cook for additional 8-10 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean...a few crumbs are okay!
Transfer the pan to a cooling rack and allow to cool. Cut into 9 equal pieces.
Serving Size: 8 X 8 pan makes 9 even squares
