Ingredients

    1 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze, Vanilla
    1 Tbsp Polaner Sugar Free Raspberry Preserves
    1 Tbsp Coffeemate Natural Bliss Low Fat Vanilla Creamer
    1/4 cup Raspberries
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Stevia, or other 0 calorie sweetener

Tips

Try different fruit and preserves combination. Also excellent with a couple tablespoons of PB2!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a sandwich-sized plastic bag. Seal bag and place in a gallon-sized plastic bag. Fill with a few hand-fulls of ice cubes and about 1/4 cup salt. Seal bag and toss around until almond milk freezes to an ice-cream-like consistency, about 5 minutes.
