1/2 cup Apple Sauce
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 cup All-Purpose White Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Warm apple sauce in sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder, and pecans. Pour into oven safe casserole dish (oil & flour if not non-stick).
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
