Introduction

This is my fav recipe to make in a ziplock steam bag in the microwave. This is my fav recipe to make in a ziplock steam bag in the microwave.

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Butter, 1 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.25 tsp






Tips

Add bell peppers or add different veggies or different spices. Sometimes I do it with steak spice or taco seasoning.

Sometimes I saute ground beef and mix both together after they are cooked. I even slice steak and mix it in. Yummy, quick, and good!


Directions

Just cube the onion and potatoes and throw them in the bag with the butter and Mrs. Dash or I also use Everglades Seasoning.
Use garlic press or finely chop garlic and add it to bag.

Steam for 4 to 5 mins depending on the type of potatoes you use and how big the cubes are.

Serving Size: 2 to 3 servings
