Ingredients

    Ground Turkey Extra Lean -2 lbs
    Eggbeaters - 1/2 cup
    Diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup
    Green/Red/Yellow Bell Peppers - 1.5 cup
    Grated Carrots - 1/2 cup
    Minced Garlic - 3 cloves
    Worcester Sauce - 6 tsp
    Ground Flaxseed - 6 tblsp
    Lipton Onion Soup Mix - 1 pkg
    Oatmeal - 1 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the oatmeal.

Add 1/2c of oatmeal at a time testing the consistancy of the mixture after each mix in and stop when the mixture sticks to itself instead of your hands.

Pre-heat oven to 400

Spray muffin pan liberally.

Fill each cup with mixture

Bake for 20 - 30 minutes (should be cooked thoroughly after the first 20 min, the rest depends on how "browned" you like your meatloaf)

Eat "Em!
